TRAVEL EXPERIENCES: TREASURED MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME!
My husband and I “discovered” our first Caribbean memory on Grand Cayman. Being lifelong Pacific Northwest residents, whose only Ocean experience was the cold Pacific, we were stunned by the beautiful white sand 7 Mile Beach and turquoise blue water. It was there that we sketched out our business plan to specialize in Caribbean island travel (with a Cayman Rum Punch in hand!). Since then we have traveled and stayed on all but a handful of amazing Caribbean islands.
While many travelers have experienced Grand Cayman briefly as a cruise stop, that’s not the best way to truly experience and enjoy all a Caribbean destination island has to offer. Historically, due to it’s low-lying geography and many bays, pirates used the Caymans as a safe harbor. Pirates Week in the Cayman Islands is a National Festival consisting of celebrations on all three islands. Three islands; Three different experiences:
Grand Cayman – Cosmopolitan Heart of the Caribbean
Little Cayman – Tranquility Realized
Cayman Brac – Home of Adventure and Culture
AIR: Easy access with 1 stop service on American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines
